Shopping Spree as a series is intended to tell a story.

Three women capture a man and steal his power, but it doesn’t lie within his money—it lies within his body, which they disassemble and accessorize. The series serves as a visual catharsis when women’s bodies continue to be the ones regulated, monetized, and governed. My goal when creating images is to commit to being confrontational and unapologetic, and to create alternate worlds where my characters experience a sort of cosmic justice rather than an often unobtainable literal one.
