Exhibits: Overview

This March, we’re proud to present The Shape of Us, our Women’s History Month exhibition celebrating women in all the ways we exist — soft and strong, bold and tender, powerful and evolving

 This collection of figurative nude paintings reclaims the body as presence rather than perfection. These works honor lived experience — stretch marks, shifting forms, confidence, vulnerability, joy. They remind us that there is no single ideal. There is only us.

While this exhibition is celebratory and expansive at its core, we recognize that bodily autonomy and safety cannot be taken for granted. In solidarity and action, a portion of proceeds will benefit Women Against Abuse and support their essential work in our community. As Philadelphia’s comprehensive domestic violence service provider, Women Against Abuse serves more than 10,000 people each year. For 50 years, the organization has led the city’s response to domestic violence—bringing safety, hope, and empowerment to survivors and their families.
